5. Sharing and Invited Contributors
Your family space is private by default. You decide who can access it.
When you invite family members, friends, or contributors, they may be able to view or add stories, recordings, images, documents, or other memories depending on the permissions you give them.

Access to your family space is restricted to you and the people you explicitly invite.
No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we design Heard Again with privacy and family trust as core requirements.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You may delete: Individual stories, recordings, images, documents, voice profiles, family spaces, or your entire account.
When you delete content, we remove it from active systems. Backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of routine security and system backup processes.
If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your account information and family content unless we are required to keep limited information for legal, security, or billing reasons.
